CANCELLATION POLICY

- Resort Watch / Park Play / Wedding Watch - At time of booking we require 50% deposit to secure your date, time and nanny. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your services. If you cancel prior to one month before your trip, you will get a full refund. Any cancellations made after that time window will result in a loss of your deposit.

- Local Date Night - At time of booking we require 50% deposit to secure your date, time and nanny. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your services. Bookings made within one week of service will require full payment to secure your date, time and nanny!

HOURS OF OPERATION

Our hours are 8AM-12AM, while we are more than happy to accommodate your family around the clock, we will have an upcharge of +$10 an hour outside business hours.

Holiday Hours - we would love to join your family during major holidays. We do have a $15 an hour upcharge for all major holidays (New Year's, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve / Day, New Year's Eve).

Based on the information above, any refunded money will returned in the way that it was received (could take up to 5-7 business days based on payment method).
