Yes! Our nannies are background checked and personally interviewed by our owners. They are also first aid / CPR certified. Our nannies are also referenced checked. 

Yes, to be considerate of our nannies time, we have implemented the following:

- Resort Watch / Theme Park Play / Wedding Watch - At time of booking we require 50% deposit to secure your date, time and nanny. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your services. If you cancel prior to one month before your trip, you will get a full refund. Any cancellations made after that time window will result in a loss of your deposit.

- Local Date Night - At time of booking we require 50% deposit to secure your date, time and nanny. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your services. If you cancel prior to one week before your trip, you will get a full refund. Any cancellations made after that time window will result in a loss of your deposit.

Bookings made within one week of service will require full payment to secure your date, time and nanny!

Based on the information above, any refunded money will returned in the way that it was received (could take up to 5-7 business days based on payment method).

Our hours are 8AM-12AM, while we are more than happy to accommodate your family around the clock, we will have an upcharge of +$10 an hour (Florida) or +$15 an hour (California) outside business hours.

Holiday Hours - we would love to join your family during major holidays. We do have a $15 an hour upcharge for all major holidays (New Year's, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve / Day, New Year's Eve, Easter, Martin Luther King Day).

This is all up to you! Do you want to have the entire family in the park with your nanny? Book THEME PARK PLAY and have your nanny be your extra set of hands. They can push a stroller, watch the littles while you enjoy a ride, change a diaper, go get meals for the kids, or even take the kids to do other rides while you enjoy going off on your own, with older kiddos, or with your significant other. 

Wanting a date night while at your hotel? Choose RESORT WATCH. Go enjoy a date night out while the Nanny comes to your hotel and stays with the kids. Our nannies always know what the best activities each resort has to offer. 

Are you planning the Wedding of your dreams? We know that kids can be overly excited on that special day. Let us customize a nanny package for you to keep the kids entertained and out from under your feet. We can take them while you're doing hair and makeup, photos, enjoy the reception doing our own thing all while making them feel like they are a part of your special day! 

Locals? Don't worry- we haven't forgotten about you. We have your date nights covered! Our nannies are also willing to travel as well as do late nights. (* Travel fees do apply) 

Love your furry friend? Choose our pet pals package. We come to your resort or home and take them for walks, play with them and make sure their bellies are full. 

** No Matter which package you choose, we always do a light tidy. **
